Secure Your Jewelry
Place your jewelry in its original John Hardy packaging and include the packing slip inside a secure shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Ship Your Package
Affix the provided prepaid FedEx shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized FedEx location.
Receive Your Refund
